I was involved, & charged with a DWI that ended up escalating to a charge of felony DWI/intoxication assault.

I was the passenger in the vehicle. The driver ran upon collision. Multiple parties were injured.

Between, it being my vehicle involved & one of the two witnesses stating, they saw me driving, didn't have the odds in my favor..

I consulted with many law firms. I was repeatedly told the same thing. The best scenario I would be looking at, would be, taking a plea deal & having the charge reduced to DWI w/years of probation.

Mike & his team spent endless hours/days researching, watching police footage, listening to 911 calls, sifting through evidence, attending license hearings, resetting my monthly court date while talking with the prosecutors, etc.

6 months we have been fighting this, not only did they save my license, giving me the ability to drive the entire time, but my case was COMPLETELY DISMISSES, Friday! ...no deals, no pleas to a lesser charge, COMPLETELY DISMISSED.

I give the Turner law office a 5 out of 5 stars. The Turner law firm is the only one I will have represent me in any case from now on. They went above and beyond my expectations. My charges went from felony to misdemeanor , no jail time and the stipulations for my probation, that normally will not be accounted for were accepted. Now that I have completed all these stipulations on my probation, I am again using Mike Turner to go in for an early release since I was denied from my probation. Which is ok because I know Mike will get it done because he's that kind of lawyer.
