I would not recommend this attorney. I made the mistake of helping a family member hire him. I was surprised at his good reviews but then realized they are all fake. He had bad reviews on another website so he changed it so you can’t see them. Look at each of his reviewers they all review the same places. I’m not surprised he would do this. He is not even Bosrd Certified because he is not qualified to be. Save your money and look elsewhere. Don’t make the mistake we did.

On the night of the 21st birthday. I was convicted of a DWI arrest. I was completely devastated and I did not know what to do. It was the first and only time that I've been in trouble (besides minor traffic tickets). It seemed like it was perfect timing when I came across Herman's Law office. With the circumstances of my case, the best thing for me to do would be to try to get into the DWI PTI program, which would have been difficult for me to get approved. Thanks to him, I was able to get into the program and successfully complete all of the requirements. Now I am in the stage where I am looking to get this case expunged from my record and Herman is the person I am looking to hire. I don't ever want to look back to the days of my arrest, but if I could go back, I would definitely go back to Herman.
