Hired the Benavides law firm to handle my cases. They were able to get my case dismissed and their staff is amazing.

Had a really great experience with Benavides Law Firm. My husbands case was handled in a timely manner and in our favor. She pushed very hard and out of the way for him to beat his case. Secretary’s were friendly and also a big help in handling the case as far as following up on information when asked and responding in a professional and timely manner as well. Would not recommend. Rude, lazy and indifferent. Won’t return your calls and emails saturated with misspellings to the point you can’t even make out what’s being said. Won’t fight for you.

Very unprofessional, I’m sitting in court and the lawyer that was supposed to arrived is not here yet. Over 40 minutes here waiting to see if they will show up. I called the secretary and she said she text Mr or Mrs. Smith because I don’t even know who’s going to represent me to see at what time they will arrive and she just said they haven’t reply. I told her this is very unprofessional and she just said “well they should be there” I’m like well they are not here that’s why they asked me to call. I requested the day off at work for this day, I had to pay my babysitter and all this time I’m waiting in court just because they haven’t showed up!!!! I’m very upset and disappointed. They don’t even call me to keep me updated I have to call them. The Judge called the names, once she finish an officer came up to me stating to call my lawyer because they were not at the court house. They never showed up, and gave my case to attorney Ron from Scott Markowitz. They never called me after to apologize or to follow up. Really bad experience with Benavides law firm.

It took her only 6 months to get my DWI case dismissed. Very good lawyer and understanding person to speak with.

Although i them gave very little time to prepare for my case (less than 48hours), they agreed to help me, anyway, and were even able to get two tickets dismissed for me! Thank you guys!!!

This law firm seem good , But they do NOT handle there own business i had 5 different cases and they handled none of them themselves. They had someone from other law firms handle there business for them, and the guy the sent was 1.5 hour late twice. I gave the $4300 and still had to come to court

Got a ticket for no seatbelt. My attorney Patrick fought hard to get my ticket dismissed. I could actually hear him making the case and I liked that. The prosecutor was also fighting hard which makes it more impressive. I was there in in until lunch but for the ticket to get dismissed it was well worth it.

I've used multiple Houston area attorneys for traffic tickets and this is the first time experiencing this much effort.

I will write one because I cannot write 0 STARS! I was in court today from 8-1:30 for a SPEEDING TICKET!!! I hired this lady to get this ticket dismissed. I had never met her, I did everything over the phone. I was hoping to show up for 10 minutes and it be dismissed! So, that didn't happen. Instead, a 60 year old man was handling 30 cases, he was so UNORGANIZED. Asking for defendant's names even though he had already talked to them, suffice to say the ladies had to give him a hand to get the people out of there. I was embarrassed for him, for his incompetence! I know it's just a traffic ticket but at least send someone who can accurately represent your firm. Everyone knew that he was incompetent, I'm sure I won't be the only one that doesn't hire this firm again. I could not be more disappointed in this firm. I will TELL everyone I know to STAY AWAY from these people. People who were representing themselves were out way quicker than I was! and I still had to pay 208.10? Ridiculous!

Do not hire this lawyer/law firm they do handle their on cases nor do they even show up. If I could give no stars I would. Office staff are nice but, don't know what is going on. Says your lawyer is there but, is not and I've been waiting 2 hours. Hired for two cases. Didn't show for the first case nor the second. Waste of time and money. I could've done this myself. Very unorganized and unprofessional. Wouldn't recommend them to anyone. Do not I repeat do not hire them. Pure rip-off!

Worst experience ever, I had to pay 500 to them and for nothing court still charging me 200 they also don't show up on time to court would not recommend it's a waste of money.

Hired them for a speeding ticket, the best they could do was $150 def. driving and I paid them $100 to tell me this when it is an option on the ticket.

So disappointed, I was late to a court date the city reset on me. First date, I show up, they’re closed. Second date, I forget, rush through the rain to get there and arrive 2 hours late. I wait 3 additional hours for the atty who apparently has me in time out for being late. The judge had to have the bailiff grab my atty for me twice! The law office keeps telling me he’s going to come. At the third hour, his option was to pay $290!!!!! I had already paid the atty $200. I missed 1/2 day of work. After I ask about def. driving, he says I can do def. driving for $150!!!! That was his “best” DO NOT HIRE THESE GUYS!!!

My DL was suspended no driving privilege's at all. Mrs.kelley showed up on time ,we went in front the judge and was able to get me a occupational license. No tickets got my license back in six month's.

I had a ticket for running a stop sign . I found this site online and hired them for $125 about 3 weeks before my court date. When I got to court at 8 am there were a lot of other people in the court room and about 5 attorneys showed up. Well my attorney didn't show up. I had to call the office at 8:45 am, and ask where she was and all the woman on the phone told me was "She may be in another court room but she'll be there." At about 9 am another attorney told me that my ticket was dismissed if I wanted to call and tell them they didn't have to come. So I paid $125 to a person that didn't even show up in court. This is not what I expected espcially since they called me the friday before and said "We'll see you in court on Monday @8am." Needless to say I will never again use this law firm.

I can't say anything personally about Ms. Benavides since we did not meet her. However, she assigned an attorney to my husband's ticket case who showed up late to court today which irritated the judge. Also, my husband is a truck driver and hired this firm due to his CDL, which the attorney did not understand he had. Do not hire this firm,. because you'll have to argue the case on your own in front of the judge to get the dismissal. Save the $175 and go elsewhere.

Excellent service. I had a speeding ticket and did a quick online search. I called in and got all taken care of in few minutes. Best fees compared to other attorneys. Couple of weeks later, ticket dismissed. I didn't even talk to attorney, only one call to "Maria" at the office. Strongly recommended!
