If you are researching, as I did, for lawyers to handle your DWI with a minor, look no further. My wife and I spent a whole week meeting with lawyers and the decision was pretty easy once we sat with Doug Murphy and his team. His laid back confident demeanor was the selling point for us.
While keeping this short: I had a couple beers after a long strenuous day. I was on my way to dinner with my family a few hours later when I was pulled over. I questioned how my body would process these beers since I didn't have much to eat yet. Long story short, I did not blow. One year ago, I went searching the Internet looking for the absolute best lawyer to represent me. I was 25 years old facing my 2nd DWI after blowing the breath test and allegedly having a .185 BAC. Sometimes good kids make poor choices that can affect the rest of their lives.
