Resolved to my satisfaction what was a long long process of dealing with an horrible Insurance Company Texas FAIR Plan. I would warn anybody that is considering a policy for their home to stay far away from the Texas FAIR Plan. They are anything but fair

Will Cannon is a former green beret who was nominated for the Medal of Honor for heroism in Vietnam. He's also a trial lawyer with, give or take, about 400 trials under his belt. But most importantly Will is good people, and my personal injury clients always like him when I mediate with him, and defense counsel and insurance adjusters respect his opinions.
