I have took a consultation with Rahul, for my H1 extension denial. He was very arrogant when I called him after receiving the denial reason (follow up call, which he requested me to do so). Just to reply to my email with his recommendation, he requested another consultation. I still had time left from my earlier 30 minute paid consultation, and there is no logic in demanding more money.

I saw his video and his interpretations on CPT Work authorizations. He doesn’t even know what he is talking about or he wants to mint money by scaring people. A person with no knowledge of law can better translate on what written in the new memo which was released on CPT.

Non responsive group, very high pricing

For any immigration attorney, communication to his/her Clients is the most important thing. We as an international in USA, have this insecurity developed over time because attorneys are too busy to answer the questions of their worried international Clients.
I think this firm did a tremendous job by having Stephanie, and Wendy as Senior assistants to the attorney. They both handled my case in such a great manner that I never felt like talking to attorney in person. Thanks for the help guys.

He charges for basic info and worse gives misinformation. About H4 EAD -He said that the only cases that were approved after biometrics were his litigation. This is false on two counts. 1. There have been numerous approvals reported by regular users 2. Not even all the applicants in the litigation got their approval. Only one did of the four.

Hope there is -1 stars in the review. Its just an overrated firm with very inexperienced lawyers. No professionality whatso ever and they are soo arrogant. They dont even know what documents are needed to file an H1B and what has to be done. If at all you are struck with this firm,beware of Cathy Liu. One of the worst attorneys to work with. No communication while she is handling the case. Whatever you send, she wont check the document and in the last minute she says this document cannot be used. Each and every aspect is just negligence and lack of professionalism. Spend your money elsewhere.

I had a wonderful experience with this law group. They took care H1B to EB3 employment based Green Card. I saw Attorney Rahul Reddy speech against the immigrants, In the video he explained the strategy on filing lawsuit to Indian Consulting firm owners on collecting funds as a bribe to block Immigration benefits. Never ever consult this firm!

I'm sure most of you must have seen his IT Serv Alliance video by now where he tells the employers that they "need to take control" of the lawsuit that would deprive people of an EAD after I-140 is approved. So, Reddy is screwing his own clients and people who trust him. Shame !!

He will give enough time to speak till you pay your fees after that he gives only 2 minutes only for whatever your question. If you have lots of money and donno how to spend then go to him.
