If you are eligible to apply for an OPT STEM extension then we suggest you apply for the same and to maintain her current status. If not, please make sure you maintain your nonimmigrant status in the U.S. until you become eligible to apply for H1-B next year. ) REALLY!!!! They assigned my case to an intern (SABICA, SARAH ZEPEDA) Just be careful dealing with this firm.
