horrible. i requested numerous times to be moved apts for months after a bed bug, roach and mosquito infestation only to be ignored. worst environment ive ever lived in. dirty and neighbor has not cleaned since he moved in piles of trash just build up. when i clean i come home and its dirty again trash thrown in the kitchen. 3804 brandt dont waste your time its not worth the cheap rent.

Initially had a great experience when moving into my first apartment in Houston, thanks to Gabby. Never paid rent late & tried to be respectful to my fellow tenants and the building. Eventually, the German roach infestation got pretty terrible (I keep a tidy home, store food properly & clean daily) so, I decided to move out. Yes, I was a week shy of the cut-off date to give notice & would fully have accepted the fact that I'd have to pay an extra months rent, but after multiple emails and phone calls to Laura that went un-responded, I gave up hope and apparently in turn ceded my entire security deposit. Nonetheless, I still left the apartment clean and even bug bombed that space for whoever cared. Bottom line: I guess that's one way to handle property management, but to not even bother reaching out when someone is trying to contact you is just a total slap in the face to a decent tenant. I will never be living in another Littlepage property nor will I be recommending it to anyone looking for a new home.

Lived at an apartment they rent out for almost 3 years now. Never late on rent even a single month or had any issues. I had a recent plumbing issue with my toilet and they never followed up with me until I keep asking them for an update. Management just says they’re “working on it” and it’s been over a week now. Will be moving out very soon. Not worth the cheap rent.

Their property management side is the best I’ve ever had in all my years of renting. I’ve lived at one of their properties for nearly 3 years now and I have zero complaints. Not only is the property beautiful and updated, their team gets the 5 stars here. The manager, Laura, is always awesome and willing to help with my life changes. I rarely have any maintenance issues but when I do, they are typically onsite within 30 mins! I would def recommend them for your next rental.

Littlepage properties has a location at 3804 Brandt Street, Houston Tx 77006, that is bye far the worst environment I've ever lived in my entire life. Littlepage properties has an employee who lives there named KATHLEEN. That older women acts dominant and controlling on Littlepage's property better yet her own employer.
If you EVER consider living at a Littlepage property, find out if KATHLEEN, their own employee, will be in ANY WAY associated to your new address!!!
