Reading some of the one star reviews I'm a little surprised. Michelle Eustler is not only good at her job, but compassionate and very willing to work with you on figuring payments out.

I’m so disappointed with the handling of a simple ticket. The attorney did not seem on my side, rather on the side of a speedy settling to “get out of here sooner.” If I wanted to settle and pay a fine I could easily do that but I was hoping to have an advocate.

Hired these guys to represent me for a speeding ticket. At court I found out Paul Kubosh was representing me. I could’ve just gone to Kubosh myself and paid way less. 2 stars because ticket was still dismissed.

PLEASE READ: unfortunately, I've had to hire attorneys in the past for legal matters, and I kid you not, no one has been more convenient than Eutsler Law Firm. I was dealing with a traffic ticket from back in 2012 and I have lived in Dallas my entire life. Initially, I thought that having to hire an attorney in a city that is 4 hours away was going to be difficult. After a few calls, I realized that it was in fact going to be difficult. From the beginning, Eutsler Law was far less expensive than other attorneys and most other attorneys kept using the fact that I lived in Dallas as a separate fee. I'm talking $150 extra from the 3 other firms that I looked into. To be completely honest, I did not know what I was expecting, because I hired a firm that was far less expensive than the others, so in my mind I was not expecting the unexpected. From the beginning the firm made it feel like it was not a big issue, and that they could easily take care of me. Which as I'm typing this, is still hard to comprehend how they could make me feel so secure and confident with my trial after only 1 phone call and a few email exchanges. After 1 week of them as my attorney, they completely resolved my case from 2012! ONE WEEK! I was even refunded money because the court cost ended up being less than what was quoted. (Which says a lot about a firm in this money hungry economy) I hope that I never have another legal matter in Houston, but if I do, I will without a doubt return to Eutsler Law! I truly thank the entire team for making it seem painless while communicating from 250mi+ of distance between us! I truly recommend that everyone look into Eutsler before going elsewhere!

BAD EXPERIENCE. Waste of money and time. I had a speed ticket and on the court day Robert Eutsler from Eustler Law Firm did not help me at all, very bad attorney and his service. He did not take me seriously and laughed at me because I do not have money for ticket payment , but I hired and paid him to dismiss my ticket and , as a matter of fact , I had to pay him and all tickets fees and etc. Do not use his services.

Staff was extremely nice, informative and responsive. Helped us with a speeding ticket with awesome results. Highly reccomend and although we hope to not have a need for them again, we know who to contact if we need help with another ticket. We were able to do everything through email or phone communication which helped out alot.

Courts in Houston do not negotiate with CDL drivers. This firm did the impossible! If your a truck driver with a ticket that will end your career for three years, do not risk go anywhere else. The only firm that you have a chance with in Houston Is this one. I dont ever hand out good reviews. This is one of many many bad ones that is good for a change. I called before my court date in order to get a ticket resolved and never got any word back, I was disappointed. A week passed by, and I got a call back saying they had the wrong e-mail, and when I gave them the correct one, and waited for an e-mail, two weeks later I write you this review to save you some time because I have not heard from them since! My name is Jason Lejeune. I had multiple violations in Deer Park, Harris County, Stafford, and Pasadena. I thought by handling it on my own it would be cheaper, i was definitely wrong. Honestly don't deal with this company unless you only deal with Michelle. I have no idea how she puts up with that rude unprofessional man she's marred to. Robert is so unprofessional and I see why your ratings have gone down. I used your firm a few years ago and your law firm was totally different and at the time I had nothing but great things to say but now they are rude and don't return calls. One of your paralegal is also extremely rude. I wasn't asking for anything free I was going to hire you but the way you and your paralegal acted I'm glad I didn't. Michelle congrats on your new grandbaby and I'm sorry but your husband needs help with his attitude. Michelle you are still awesome in my book.

Eutsler Law Firm gets one star because of their lack of attention to details. The lawyers on this case did not look at files until the day of court. There were 6 other people with the same ticket for the same reason as me speeding in a school zone (the lights weren't flashing to indicate it was a school zone and we were going with the flow of traffic). The first attorney thought he could get the case dropped since so many of us had the same issue. He didn't return for the second court date so we had someone who was rash, unorganized and inexperienced. With my PhD I was able to have a better conversation with the prosecutor than I did with the attorney. Ultimately, all of us had to pay a fine and opt for defensive driving. A law firm was not needed for that. I wish I could get my money back. Save your money in speeding situations. It can just go towards your fine.

My son received a speeding despite the officer having no evidence he was speeding.The attorneys of the Eustler Law Firm were able to demonstrate to the court that the ticket was completely lacking in merit, and it was dismissed without trial.

I was cited in a small town for speeding along the interstate and to avoid a hefty fine decided to hire this firm to represent me.

1. While it appears up front Mr. Eustler will represent you, he probably won't. Instead someone else in his office will likely accompany you to court.
2. I understand there is no guarantee of dismissal, but I would expect the attorney to at least attempt to bargain with the prosecutor to reduce my fines. Instead she took what was offered and basically did what I would have done in person, except now I am out court fees on top of the attorney fees I prepaid. Other lawyers present from other firms at least fought for their clients, looking at videos. Mine just stood behind a desk. This was really not worth what I paid for!

So glad I hired this law firm after getting a speeding ticket. They were very professional. When I first called, Michelle explained everything that would happen in detail. She then sent me an email containing everything I needed to know. The firm kept me updated on getting my court date changed and sent me a reminder a week in advance. My time was at 8 a.m and I was dismissed right after the docket call and was walking out of there at 8:45. I definitely recommend them.

What an awesome experience we had. My husband and I had been struggling with the state trying to reinstate his license from when he was younger.We had try for 4 months to gather everything the state needed but always came up short. I advise my husband to hire a lawyer. from the moment we sat down I knew we were in the right place. The knowledge the paralegal had was phenomenon! The confidence she had was awesome . She knew what people to contact and got everything done for us in less then 2 hours. It was a relief to know my husband was getting his license soon . I definitely will be using this lawyer in our future. !

My first experience using a Traffic Ticket Attorney of any kind, and all the Eutsler Associates and Attorney performed their duties and communication flawlessly. I had appeared in court in Houston,Texas on March 4 2016 for a speeding ticket.It was a must appear and I drove from North Carolina,a 15 hour drive.The officer was very difficult to the point,the judge asked are we going to trial and the lawyers answered yes because the officer wouldn't negotiate on an dismissal.After almost all day around 2:30pm,the officer changed this mind on the last defendant,me and agreed to an dismissal.So all I've got to say is thank you and the law firm saved my employment because of my CDL license and keep up the incredible work!!!

Had my case rescheduled twice. The first time the police officer showed up late. Why did we have to wait for the police officer. The judge got real inpatient at one point because it was around 330ish and she could not get ahold of the attorneys. So when asked if i wanted a trial, pay for defensive driving,or a bond. I said trial, the judge resheduled my court date due to lack of time. Day two i arrived to court on time, my attourney shows and again tells me that the officer has not signed on yet and has not been seen in court. Again why must we wait on the officer. Long story short the officer finally shows late as usual. And i get the option of taking defensive driving because the attourney said he did not want to drop the charges. So i had no choice but to spend the $150 out of pocket plus have to take a defensive class. So i am puzzle on why i could not get a right for a speedy trial due to a tardy police officer. Why did we wait for that officer to show up. Next time i am getting a more agressive law firm.

I have had three tickets in the last several years and let this company represent me in court. They got all three dismissed, if not my insurance at State Farm would have sky rocketed.
