Horrible experience, scam artest Do Not Use them unless you like getting screwed! Don't think your lawyer is supposed to receive up to 3 times what you do as the victim. They should be turned in for malpractice!

It’s been almost two years and I still don’t have any answers to my case. I called Dustin numerous times and he ignored my calls and texts. He told me around Christmas time that he would contact me after the new year.... March 11, 2019 and I haven’t received one call! I guess because my case isn’t worth millions I got swept under the rug.

They did what they said they were going to do. No exaggerations, no false promises. You WILL wait, there are no quick cases, but the process went just as described. They handled all of it and in the end it was all taken care of with no issues. If you are looking for legal representation that will work for you, that will be straight up even when you may not want to hear it, cuts through the b.s. and explains things to you in a no nonsense fashion, then these are your people. I never want to have to go through something like this again, but if I had to--they would be my legal representation again.

This company SUCKS! I can never get a solid answer on what's going on with my case. This has been going on for far too long with NO RESULTS!! I thought they would help, but I'm still waiting to know exactly what's going on almost 2 years later.. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone at all.

Mr. Ryan Bormaster is heaven sent! I was 60 year old, very active and healthy female that worked out on a daily basis. I was riding my bicycle in October 2016 and was hit by a Ford F-350. I spent 30 days in ICU at Hermann Memorial and have been clarified as permanently disabled. The driver only had $30k liability coverage, which barely covered my Life Flight bill and my 1st day in ICU. My portion of hospital bill was over $400k. Mr. Bormaster faught for me and had my bill lowered to $26k with the hospital!!!! With hearing my story and seeing my medical records, it was placed upon Ryan's heart to not charge me for the amazing work he had done!!! The only amount paid to the office was the cost of supplies. I was surprised with the entire check from my underinsured benefit under my own policy. Had it not been for the compassion Ryan Bormaster has for his clients, I would have walked away disabled and with a hefty hospital bill that I would never have been able to afford. I love the way this company treats me as a client. I treat them with respect and they treat me with respect. I have had very many warm interactions with this team, and I would recommend them to any and everyone. Whenever I ask for information, I receive a very quick reply. They have bent over backwards for me and have helped me so much as rides to the doctor, to getting funds in advance.
