I have known Faisal for nearly a decade and a half, and he had represented me both personally as well as my businesses. After a fellow client, who I introduced him to, was fired from his job for harassing me, Shah tried to convince me to support a golden parachute for the individual. He would also not recuse himself from legally supporting the individual against the company that fired him, of which Faisal was a former lawyer and I a shareholder, even though I asked him to recuse himself. He then, as retribution, called my employer, interfering in my employment, and threatened to have me fired from representing two other companies.
