One star review because that is the lowest it can go. We have been duped, conned, scammed, whatever word you would like to use. We paid nearly two years ago for their service and heard nothing for months. We had to contact them and ask for our money back or for the timeshare to be cancelled. Still nothing for months. Contacted again by us, not them and was given a contact. Called them and sent requested info and crickets, nothing again for months. Emailed requesting help and still nothing. Called again last month and wanted money back as they state a money back option. Got a call from Randall who stated we had violated our agreement by not seeking advice before a payment and they would need more money for the attorneys. From emails sent to them, we had requested advice two times before we made a payment but had not received anything back. He is all words and no action from what we have seen. I now just want our money back since they have not provided the service we paid them for or have shown any evidence that any work has been done on our behalf. Avoid them like the plague. If we receive our money or if the service is provided, I will update the rating.

TPC provided the best customer service we have seen in a long time regarding our timeshare. They got us out of our timeshare contract in 4 months. We would refer them to anyone that is tired of being conned by phony companies that can’t get the job done. Timeshare premier consulting followed up with us everytime and had the friendliest staff to help us throughout the cancellation process. 5 star rating from our family all the way around.
