Have to second the opinion above... It's like description of our own situation. The only difference: I have to say they actually do something, Doug does have some specific knowledge on the subject, sometimes even unique. Once we've seen how they cancelled appointment for already arrived and waiting client. The impression was that attorney found a fatter case for the day...

DO NOT go to this lawyer! My husband and I decided to write this review about the terrible service we had with Doug and his wife to hopefully warn others so they don't go through the stress we went through. We hired Doug to represent my father in law for his immigration case. He charged an exorbitant amount and did not even follow up on the case until 1 year later after pressure from us asking the status. He does not get back to you and I had to start micro managing him asking for evidence that he actually was working the case. He and his wife obviously did not like being accountable and refused to work with me and so my husband had to deal with them. Finally we had a notice from immigration and my father in law received his gc. That was nearly 3 weeks ago and as yet we still have had no communication from these people. Just amazing to me how a lawyer representing you does not communicate with their client - VERY bad customer service and it would have been quicker and easier to have filed ourselves.
