I GIVE UP! I SURRENDER! Ok first the guys are really nice but nice does not get my lawn mowed. I have waited almost a year to post this review because I wanted to give these guys EVERY opportunity to fix the situation!!!! Last year 12/2017 I bought a used riding mower for 300.00. ok I know that's pretty cheap BUT the mower should work more than 1 time! The mower has been in the shop more than it has been on my 1 acre lot that is half trees. So only .5 acres needs to be mowed. Either the mower does not start at all (back to the shop for several weeks), does not engage (back to the shop for several weeks), or when you lower the mowing deck it cuts out and dies (back to the shop for several weeks)! SERIOUSLY! When I say my mower has been in the shop the majority of the time I have owned it I'm not kidding! If it wasn't for the fact that the guys have been SUPER nice I would have left a 0 star rating. I am definitely not a happy camper and will never buy another mower or have a mower serviced by them ever again. Lesson learned...don't buy used equipment and don't have your new mower serviced by the lawn mower man! Sorry guys but I'm incredibly frustrated! We have mowed our yard twice with this mower that equals 150.00 per mow. I could hire someone to mow for me for that price!

I have always had good service at a fair price from them. Been using them for about 5 years. Mostly minor stuff but I did have them do an engine replacement on a riding mower. I have no complaints.

I thought I had found a family business to which I could give my business.
Not so. Good customer service does not exist here. Tex, the owner, is verbally abusive, demeaning, and uses foul language. He accuses customers of lying and won't listen to the customer. He returned our mower in very shoddy condition, covered with mud. Save yourself and don't even bother with this place.
Negative stars. I put one star because my comments wouldn't post without a star.

Charges way to much for parts. Try amazon. Doesn't know crap about chainsaws.
Very dismissive and condescending. Try somewhere else.
