After being in a position that bankruptcy was the best solution I was referred to attorney Smith to assist. I hired him and I filed for bankruptcy, did everything requested by him and his assistant. Went to go meet up with the judge and discuss about the case and everything was going smooth, then all of a sudden he is requesting paperwork and he expects to get the results by the next day.I work out of town and he knew that. Then when my court day was due. He said I don't have to attend, but I called him and said are you sure. So he calls me the day before to go to court and I was out of town and mt case was dismissed. I didn't even had to file for bankruptcy he is the worst please don't hire this scumbag.
