I was a bit worried at the beginning with the plea deal prosecutors offered, but Dan reassured me it wouldn’t be anything close to the plea deal, and sure enough..case dismissed! Many other attorneys would have given up and tried to to go with a plea deal, but thanks to Dan and his associates for pushing on and not giving up, I went from being offered over 4 years jail time, to ending up with the case being dismissed. Can’t get any better than that.

The only concerns I have are with the mediation process. The mediator was not very efficient or personable. If I was a betting man I would say that he was dragging the proceedings on so that the attorneys could billed for the 4 hours the process was scheduled for. I hope to never meet this individual again.
