This man created me a warranty deed that was not completed so when it was time to be used and presented to the title company I was unable to use the deed he provided for my house and when asked by the title company to correct them he would not answer the phone he hung up in our face twice. I do not recommend this man for anything I will report him to bbb if you did not want to do your job you could have told me that and we would’ve went else where and we paid him for nothing
