He is definitely smart and got the desired results for me. He got me my children back, it took very long to see the results of our custody, child support and property issues but it all his moves legally paid off. If you are going through a divorce, do not despair (I did), if you choose Mr. Linnenbank (I did), he is in it all the way. If it gets messy like mine, he goes right to the jugular with the other party's lawyers and mediators. Real good lawyer, have to apologize because in my first review I had lost hope and it was not positive, I thought it was his fault but it was inevitable what happened, he did all the right things. Now that I played Mr. Linnenbank's cards, I won, so my review is very very positive.

DO NOT HIRE THIS MAN!!! He is a thief! Took my money and did absolutely nothing! At first he ACTUALLY gave me the excuse that he forgot about me but that he would get right on it. He would not return me my money for "economical reason," basically he spent it already. Can you believe that? He hasn't returned my calls or emails.

Very sad with him. Did poorly with my case in the past. I lost it because of his incapability.
