The girl answering the phones and representing this firm had zero interest in why I was calling. The only thing she was interested in was telling me how much it would cost for her to book an appointment with one of the attorneys. If she had any interest or passion in her career field, it would have taken her a few minutes to realize it was an emergency situation that we were willing to spend well into 10000 dollars today to get paperwork filed. I was also only interested in seeing Lesley Cannon but she never ask that either. I didn't want to burden her with any of my needs or questions so I told her no thank you and hung up and called another lawyer. I do, however, have some numbers that you could call to help her phone etiquette or customer service skills. It makes a huge difference for someone going through crisis to be greeted on the phone with someone who at least pretends to be interested and their issue and their business and their money.
