I am extremely satisfied with Ms. Frota. I was applying for my green card and my wife and I had so many questions. Not only did I feel secure in the answers she gave us, she responded quickly and made sure we understood each step of the process. She kept us up to date with all the proceedings and gave us forecasts of what was due next and how to proceed. We were applying from abroad which required dealing with international embassies and consulates and she handled all the details flawlessly.
