Mrs. De La Garza directly addressed our concerns without wasting time and most importantly - money. I appreciated the directness in laying out multiple paths and the consequences of each outcome. Other attorney's wanted to just tell me only the positive things I wanted to hear, just as so long as I kept writing large checks.

She kept me out of the loop MOST of the time. Not well at returning phone calls nor kept up with my case, she did not know why I was serving a 24 month pre trial yet, she was the one who advise me to take that offer. After 19 months, I called if it can be dismissed she was like " why are you doing a 24 month and not a 12 month pre trial?" That really upset me bc she did not know what was happening. Thanks to a great advisor in the Seguin adult P.O. , he submitted my paperwork at 12 months then again at 19 months bc he knew I did all that was assigned and had no reason to keep me on this rediculous charge. I felt Kim could have done something for me yet didn't do crap. Save your money find a lawyer who listens and keeps you informed!!!!!!!!!
