Based on my experience, I think that Mr.Winter is the absolute BEST Child Custody attorney in San Antonio, especially considering all the unethical attorneys around. Making the choice to trust Mr. Winter and his legal team was the best decision I could have done for this difficult time in my life. The trust and confidence that I have in his team has been earned with hours of diligent work and it showed . I have never come across a more heartless, actionless and MONEY HUNGRY “lawyer” than this man. What a POOR EXPERIENCE. From dry responses when asked simple questions to his unwillingness to conduct himself in a professional manner, in person and over the phone. This guy deserves NO SHOT at being hired as a trustworthy lawyer represent ANY INMATE in San Antonio, Texas or surrounding areas. Take your business and family elsewhere. SAVE YOUR MONEY, DONT WASTE YOUR TIME.

DO NOT GIVE THIS MAN YOUR MONEY!!! He is a terrible excuse of a lawyer. He was contacted in regards to a family member’s case and “Mr. Winter” was very rude and had NO ANSWER to any of the questions. He is not on your side and is only out for your money!!! Please!!!!! Find someone who will go the extra mile for you. My family is going through a very hard time and he brings NO hope.
