I was referred to this firm through an employee program to get assistance on a personal matter. His receptionist is very rude. She set an appointment for 12 pm for me to call back and talk with him. I called back she said one moment put me on hold then came back on the line to inform she was connecting me to him. It rang a few time then said the extention you are trying to reach does not have a voicemail set up. I called back and asked what happened and her response was I set the appointment for you at 12 I can't control if he gets up and goes to the bath room or gets a drink. As far as first impressions go this was awful. I took my personal matter to another firm.
