Mr. Emmons was a court appointed attorney for my son, I must say I was very impressed with Mr. Emmons, my son was looking at 8 years for evading arrests, unauthorized use of motor vehicle, unauthorized use of motor vehicle deten, assault on family married, & a possession charge, my son wanted to try for probation on the last day of court the judge was going to grant my son probation but the prosecutor came with 2 other family assault cases in the end my son got all of the cases dismissed except for unauthorized use of a motor vehicle and due to my son's priors he was given only 2 years and has back time so he will be out by November of this year. This was the 2nd time I have used Derek Emmons as an attorney, back in 2006 (case ended in the best outcome possible) and now again in 2017-today.

Almost 2 years ago I was accused of driving under the influence after I was in a bad car accident and I blacked out after smashing my head against the steering wheel. In the middle of the worst nightmare a mother could imagine, I found Derek Emmons through an internet search on the day my son was involved in a horrible situation. This man became my rock throughout the next year and a half of criminal investigations and legal proceedings.
