If I could give this place no starts I would. I highly recommend people to never use this law firm. I originally hired Sandra and she helped me get my kids back. Unfortunately Sandra moved to Austin and transferred the case to Catlyin Bennett because it wasn’t closed yet. The only thing that needed to be done was get proof of income from dad to establish child support. The case dragged on for 2 years I repeatedly called catlyin to see how the process was going and she never returned my calls but once and when asked what was she doing to get the information she said she was still waiting for dads lawyers response. Mind you I fully paid off the law firm for this whole case. So now after 2 years later I find myself in the same position. I called catlyin to let her know that I need the case closed I needed her to finish what I paid for and she said we would have to pay additional money for her to finish the case in the contract I signed it said if it’s paid in full the law firm would have to successfully finish my case. I was so disappointed I called it a loss of money and spent my money on another lawyer, Law Office of Denise Martinez she is amazing she worked hard on my case even though I hired her last minute she came out successful. She’s also taking the steps to legally make my kids father turn in income proof for child support and I don’t need to call her for case updates she Takes time to update me. she has great communication. I highly recommend her law firm if your ever in need of a great lawyer. DONT SPEND YOUR MONEY ON ZARKA LAW FIRM THATS ALL THEY CARE ABOUT THEY WONT HELP YOU..
