Two stars because they got the job done after roughly 3 years. Lack of customer service and professionalism . Receptionist is rude and unprofessional. They take a long time to get back to you and charge you for every phone call and every email. For every step I had to be behind them as far as updates on my case. It’s really hard for somebody who has no idea about laws and was seeking counseling. I saw my lawyer maybe about 3 times. When it came to my court date for the family case the lawyer didn’t even remember who I was. Every time I talked to him I had to give him a run through of my case. I had to call to inquire if my case had been finalized only to find out it was signed off two weeks prior. It’s basically a one way communication, unless they call for additional payments. Which I was never told quotes or amounts it was always payments as needed. The only good thing was after 3 years and thousands of dollars spent I was able to finalize my divorce.

I have used Robert Clements and his fjrm exclusively for the last three years and I am very pleased with his counsel and the way he has handled my cases (2 cases) . I was able to settle both cases in my favor and even got to hear a judge apologiize to me and that's never happened to me before. He amd his firm were very professional and yet still very carring. Best of the best. Not the cheapest but you get what you pay for

I would give Robert Clements negative stars if I could. He was not my attorney. He was the attorney who tried to help take my parental rights and visitation away from me. He will take on any case just to take your money. He has no morals and will try anything to rip a child away from a good parent just to make a dollar. Robert Clements helped my son's mother fabricate a child abuse case to try to take my son completely away from me. He had no evidence of anything wrong but he still took the case. Everytime we walked into court he was completely over matched by my attorney and completely out of touch with the current laws of the court system. The amicus attorney saw right through them in her first week on the case. Clements knew this but he continued to push even with no evidence and he drug the case out for over a year to try to run me out of money since he knew that was his only hope to win the case. Now that the case is finally over I am proud to say that custody was changed in my favor. It's a shame that people like Robert Clements will take on cases like this to try to ruin peoples lives. Attorneys like him should be jailed for taking on cases that they know are false. DO NOT HIRE ROBERT CLEMENTS

They are straight up and honest and tell you how it is if you like it or not hard to find businesses like that anymore

Had a custody issue a few years ago. Went for a consultation and he taught me that I could do it myself and probably didn't even need his services. I tried to pay something but I was refused. Very good services and I was very pleased. When I DO need legal representation I know exactly where to go.

Price wasn't bad but service takes forever.

I’ve known Robert Clements and his long-term staff for about 15 years now; I have the slightly unique perspective of having grown up knowing Mr. Clements and his firm due to the fact that my mother started working there when I was around 5, and then later I worked part-time for the firm myself for several years while I was in high school. Mary has known Bob for 30 years all together. Besides someone she is pleased to call a friend, he has been her personal and business attorney for approximately 27 years. Bob is a genuinely great guy. He has donated considerable amounts to all of the benefits she has held, hosted, or simply allowed to use her facilities without even being asked to do so.
