I hired Dennis to be my attorney to keep primary custody of my daughter.My daughter is 9yrs old and had her all my life while her father was in and out her life.Once her father got married to a woman in the military,he now decided to get primary custody.All because his wife did not want him to pay child support.Dennis was affordable and I figured he helped my best friend with her custody case,he could as well.I gave Dennis enough and reason to why my daughter should be in my primary care.She was born and raised in San Antonio,she involved in community basketball league,involved in the church,makes good grades in school,gave him pictures on how family oriented we are.Told me to bring my support group and have nothing to worry.On the court date,he was not prepared on question on why the father has been absent ,didn’t remember to bring the picture to court,or have my family who was present in court to testify on my behalf.He literally failed me where I lost primary custody,I’m the non-constidal parent,and I pay child support to my daughter father who don’t works.When I told him why he was not prepared to defend me in court and that it was best for my daughter to be with me.He told me he was too old and that she needed to spend time with her dad.Which was not the case when she saw her dad any time she wanted.Since my daughter been in primary custody with her dad,she’s has bad grades in school,doesn’t go to church,isolates herself from everyone,lives in a different city where she’s not comfortable,her step-sister grandma I had to report CPS for neglect and abuse to my daughter,and is neglected from her dad and step mom daily.Learn from my story to not allow Dennis put you in a horrible situation where your family is torn apart by his inadequate work.

This man is a thief, crook and a liar. My family sent him a large retainer to handle a case in San Antonio involving child support and other critical family matters Dennis was quick to call back and process our payment however once he received the money he has not returned any of our calls for over 2 months. I have called the local sheriff's office and filed a grievance with the Texas Bar Association. The only response I have gotten from him is text messages lying about being in a hospital or being busy with another client. DO NOT HIRE HIM!!!!!!!!!

This guy is a swindler. He will take your money and do nothing you ask in return. This is my personal experience and I recommend you seek other options. There are far more competent attorneys available at the same rate.
