He spends countless hours working on all of his cases and he does his absolute best to make sure each client gets the best representation. He is trustworthy and knows the law. If you ever need someone to represent you, Mr. Rutherford is that person!

I was looking for an attorney and I was referred to Rutherford Law Firm by Carabin and Shaw. I called several times and left messages to no avail. It was time sensitive and he still didn’t call me to even let me know yay or nay. Nothing, nada at all. I don’t recommend this law firm.

Tyler Rutherford is an absolute pleasure to speak with. He made me feel a lot better about my rights and protections that I was worried about. If I need to move forward on a case I will definitely hire him for my case. I did have a hiccup with the staff and some miscommunications, however Mr. Rutherford did rectify that situation very swiftly and professionally. Thank you for everything!

Helped me to fight a large, well known financial institution, who were trying to bully me into accepting responsibility for their error. He was tough, yet professional. I know he really cared about me and at the end of it all, he kicked their butt and I was able to get them off my back without going to trial. Highly Recommend!
