I'm not even sure where to start. It took 3.5 months to get a court date, and an eternity to get them to reply to email or returned phone call. I was being harassed by me ex husband and we have a child together. I requested my decree/child support order to be modified. Out of the 5 things I paid MR. Valdez for I got two. My EX-husband showed up to court LATE AND WITH NO ATTORNEY and this was the outcome. I also explained to Mr. Valdez that my ex and I didn’t get along and my preference was NOT to see him. What does he do? Leaves me in a room ALONE with him for 1 hour.
THIS OFFICE DOESN’T CARE. I EMAILED THEM 3 TIMES SINCE TO EXPRESS MY FRUSTRATIOIN AND NO RESPONSE. IT HAS BEEN ALMOST A MONTH AND I HAVENT RECEIVED A REVISED DECREE, A PHONE CALL, AN EMAIL. ABSOLUETLY NOTHING. THESE PEOPLE MAILED MY COURT DATE LETTER ADDRESS TO MRS SALDIVAR AND IM NOT MRS SALDIVAR!
DO NOT GIVE THIS LAWYER ANY MONEY!!!! After four years of attempting to probate a will, my money was refunded, with absolutely no results. On top of sheer lack of results, this law office is unprofessional. I attempted to contact them via email more than a dozen times with no response. It took me having to contact the state bar association before even receiving a response, which was to the tune of "here's your money, I am an incompetent lawyer who can help you no further!"
