"HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE!
I rented from them in August of 2018 through I believe April 2019. Paid all my dues and paid my rent on time EVERY month. When we first arrived at the property after renting it, the pump was not working nor was the a/c working. They were prompt at getting someone out to fix both. While the pump was fixed, the a/c was not fixed and continued to blow out warm air. They would not send anyone back out, so, fed up, I went and purchased some window a/c units, which got expensive because one room had the windows that slide from side to side and the casement window a/c units are expensive! There was also mold growing in the a/c unit closet.
I kept asking them to come out and maintain the many trees on the property after branches kept falling on the home and putting my safety at risk but they never responded to my many requests.
Then, in March, two different tree companies came by to let me know the 80 foot pine tree right in front of the home is very much dead and would fall soon. They said the vultures landing on it could cause it to collapse at any moment.
I was no longer willing to risk my life so I gave my 30 day notice and left with rent paid up until I had left.
Of course, they said I broke lease and refuse to give my deposit back even though they did not hold up their part of the lease contract by fixing safety issues, which actually voided the lease first.
Getting any live person on the phone after they have received your money is a joke. Even the people they pay to have fix things says they are almost impossible to get a hold of, even in the event of a home emergency.
So, I will be stuck taking them to court in an effort to receive my deposit back.
Horrible company that does not even value it's tenants that pay on time every month!"
