Attorney Stacy Eckert is an incredible attorney. I am extremely pleased with the quality of service provided by Mr. Eckert and his staff. He is an expert in his field and has great knowledge. In addition, he makes you feel comfortable and reassured. I would highly recommend Stacy Eckert to be your attorney.

Do not use this attorney. Our family used this office to help with our probate case, once we wrote the check and the process started, it was awful. Numerous unreturned calls and emails. Very frustrating, case took longer then necessary due to poor communication and his office not filing paperwork when it should have been. Also lots of repeat work due to his office losing some forms and needing them again. Beware of this office, you can see from my other reviews on line, I very rarely complain about anyone.

This law office is an excellent group of paralegals and attorneys who actually care about you as a client over a pay check. I was guided through the issues they confidently told me they could fix, and even after it was resolved and there was some minor issues following up, they didn’t ask me to pay them more money, they dealt with the issues and explained they’d be here for me until the issue is gone/resolved.

I’ll recommend this office every time I hear someone needs an experienced lawyer.

Awesome Lawyer

$125 for half an hour consultation which included Mr. Eckert musing aloud that Pam Bondi may have gotten her position because of her appearance (a very common opinion, according to Mr. Eckert). He said he'd ask a buddy about my situation and get back in two or three days. A week later, and he still hasn't returned several calls to his office. Now I've run out of time to file papers with the court. Don't know what to do now.

*edit* Mr. Eckert sent a check for $125 along with a request to edit or remove this review. I will edit it, but won't accept the refund. I paid for a consultation and that is what I received. However, I was eager and willing to pay for the preparation and timely filing of papers with the court. I waited for his response as instructed. Unfortunately, it came much too late. Hopefully, my life isn't destroyed as a result.
Mr. Eckert is a very likable man and I'm sure he's more than competent at his profession. This review only reflects my experience. Yours may differ.
