Jeff Kaplan is great!
He has helped me in the past... And recently helped me on another matter.
He has a wonderful laid back style and I have found him very easy to speak and share with. Not your typical attorney. He is set apart from most others.
I urge you to seek out his advice in any real estate matters for he is very straight forward and honest.
Impressed with this man.. And that's unusual for me.
He isn't money hungry; he actually cares.
Cannot say enough positive things about Mr. Kaplan.
Call him for you will not be mislead nor disappointed.

Would have give a zero star if that was possible. I did a closing end of October 2018 and they did not tell me that i should be paying the 2018 property taxes out of my pocket to the county. I was not told about this and i did not get the county notice as the ownership change takes time to reflect on the county. Now out of no where i am faced with paying hefty taxes with fines. I would not recommend them to anyone.

The office staff is amazing. Always have an answer for questions asked.
Mr. Kaplan makes time for client calls and even answers email EVEN while on vacation.
