i forgive the staff at this office, but they need to be saved and ask Jesus for repentance. if they continue to deliberately add frivolous charges for letters then they will commit sin, you should not harm your brothers and sister. do what is fair and just, do not abuse the power you have for financial gain. i would like for the attorney to know jesus, and if they did they will know he is the truth and the only way to being accepted by god. a relationship with jesus is important. i ask that the one Christian in there, that he or she may minister to the other so that they can correct their behavior and show patience and courtesy to people who call into the office, please do not treat all callers as stubborn and disgusting just because one person may have made your day bad.

Stop denying all the negative reviewers, what if your old grandparent isn't computer savy and they complain to to other people . Does it make the facts of the complaint irrelevant no, complaints are their for you to improve your service. i know of no business that can survive without clients.
