My first review of Brian is below, but I need to add to it because seriously Brian is absolutely the best attorney I’ve ever worked with. He has went above and beyond what I paid him for and has even continued to helped me after we went to court for my case. I ended up with an unreasonable Probation Officer that would not comply with the Plea Agreement that Brian got for me so he had to take extra steps and put in more work to resolve the issue with my with her since she refused to comply with my Plea Agreement. I don’t know of any attorneys that will do that without asking to be paid more money for it. Straight up, he is the man!

My name is Enid Dias and I am from California. On my visit to Florida I received a speeding ticket. I did not read the ticket and did not realize I had to pay the ticket within a month or they would suspend my license. I returned to Florida approximately 6 weeks later and when I called the county to pay my ticket I found out of the month deadline and that now my license was going to be suspended. I called around and luckily was referred to Brian Byrd who despite not practicing in this field, he took my case anyway. He was extremely fair with his fee and extremely helpful. He quickly took care of my ticket by going to court and saved me from having my license suspended and reduced the traffic fine. It was a fantastic experience and I recommend him highly! I did immediate pay the fine as he advised.
