We hired Ms. Soto for a Real Estate issue in June of 2017. We kept asking for more documentation and help with the explanation of the case and why it was becoming so expensive for the type of issue we were dealing with. She was unable (reluctant) to explain herself, then we terminated her services, which ended up costing us over $7,000 and we received minimal effort and professionalism. The unethical nature of her work is concerning to say the least; we highly recommend that no one hires this attorney. We asked for a refund for her failures to perform her duties and responsibilities as an attorney in accordance with the Florida Bar. At best, she is second-rate.
