Closed on my home June 21, 2018. After closing I was contact by Reid assistant, saying that I owe a realtor fee, which wasn’t my fault. I paid all that I was told!!!! Then after the home insurance wrote a letter stating, that my check bounced for I sufficient funds. Again not my fault! Later Got another letter for a bounce check fee. Not my fault! They agreed to pay the fee only if I paid the realtor fee. And stated I had an outstanding balance with them for this. NO I DONT! After closing I shouldn’t owe ANYTHING!!!!!! I had the money I was told! Everybody knows after buying your first home YOU ARE BROKE!!!!!! No I have to see how this could ruin my life! They may be a great title company, but my experience should have been a lot better! Or a different reconsile!
