In today’s day and age, we rely heavily on the experiences of others and this could be the single most important decision you make in your life or the life of a loved one. My mom, who has been a pillar and servant of Seminole County her entire life, made one mistake based on emotion and paid a very heavy price for it. We had originally hired a different attorney by the name of Isadore Hyde, who gladly excepted our $7000 and gave us many promises. None of which he kept. In that entire time, the best and only deal on the table, was a 5 year prison sentence. His office wouldn’t even answer the phone once the money had been paid. I made the decision to hire a different attorney and it was the best decision we ever could have made! David Webster is NOT all about the money, as was mentioned below, in the ONLY negative review written about him on any review site. In fact, he wouldn’t even take our case until he had made a few calls and knew for sure he could help us. We hired David on Jan 2nd and 2 weeks to the day, my mom was being released on probation. With good behavior, she will complete that probation in 2 1/2 years. I couldn’t have been more pleased with David and his staff from the first minute I walked into his office. I was able to get an appointment the same day I called, he visited my mom the very next day (took the other attorney 6 weeks to visit my mom), Vanessa began plans for an evaluation that very first day, his receptionist sent me email updates, etc etc. They were all on top of their game from the very beginning. This nightmare ended Jan 16th, but David has continued to check in and answer any questions or concerns we might have. In no way is this a characteristic of someone who is in it for the money! If we still had the other attorney, my mom would still be in jail. The next scheduled date we had with him was a deposition scheduled for the middle of Feb. Who knows how long this would have dragged out. I don’t even want to think about what the outcome could have been! I hope I will never need legal services again, but should I or anyone I love ever be in a similar position, I know my only call will be to David Webster!!!

We are very selective when we post comments and/or write reviews online, however, David Webster did such a phenomenal job with one of our family members we just had to post our recommendation. To be honest I would not recommend this lawyer to anyone. I don't understand how anyone would rate him as a 5 star lawyer or how he has been successful. He will take the time to make you feel as if everything is going to be ok and he's going to handle it because he has connections with the judge, he golfs with the procecuters and knows the laws and so on. Meanwhile he has someone else do all his thinking for him and just sits back while he reads the judge someone else's thoughts and hard labor that he paid for. He walks around the court room shaking peoples hands, laughing, winking at us while popping breathmints strutting around like a turkey trying to mate. He gets on the stand and is Stuttering sounding like a kid trying to read an essay he didn't write, I just wanted him to stop I was embarrassed for him. It's crazy how many times he reassured us that it would be ok and going to do this and that and none of it happend, litteraly would have had the same outcome with no lawyer. He had NO fight at all felt like we were the ones doing all the work presenting him with ways we could fight this, Other lawyers asking why he's not going a diffrent route and webster tells us why don't we just go with them instead of working together, no care for us at all. I regret not finding a new lawyer that is hungry and would have tried everything possible for 5 grand rather than this guy who is well over 15 grand just to take a case. But as he drives off in his porche and his pockets a little fatter u sit with your head in your hands broke mentally and physically for something that could have been won if someone had cared. What my loved one did was against the law I get it, I am so far from trying to justify it. As the years pass without my loved one I will forever regret having him as our lawyer not because he made my loved one do what they did but because he didn't fight for my loved one as he should have.. A theif in a suit who legally robbed us.
