Linda drew Kingston handled my mother's divorce settlement and she had to be worse damn layer that ever graduated law school. My mother lost the house she bought and paid for to her ex while this idiot for a lawyer sat back and did nothing. While the other lawyer (who received the case 2 days before trial) made many challenges, this fool never once raised an objection to anything. It was if she was working for the other side. She also refused to go to court until my mother forked over another $1500 the DAY BEFORE THE TRIAL. And she still lost the one and only thing my mother requested throughout this thing. Horrible lawyer. Save your money and defend yourself, you cannot do any worse than her. I can seriously send you the letter refusing to go to court without additional $1500 if you want. This after she was already paid her requested fee, plus all the additional expenses she billed us; even for photocopies to the court. Horrible Lawyer. Do not use her even if she's free.

I obtain counsel from Linda Kingston for my modification of custody and it was horrible. Once it was time to go to court she just sat there and didn't ask the judge for anything I wanted which was primary custody so I could have my son go to my school district and spend most time at my home because it is what he is now doing anyway at 16. She no joke, sat there and said NOTHING I DID ALL THE TALKING!! I literally walked out of the courtroom without my almost $5,000 that she charged me AND I swear, no lie, my paperwork EXACTLY the way it was before!! I was flabbergasted on how she was pushing me to sign the paperwork and was acting like she was on MY EXES side! She was asking why I didn't want to agree to his terms!!! LIKE HE WAS THE ONE MAKING SENSE AND HE WASN'T!! This woman is almost like she has Alzheimer's and completely forgot what we had been speaking about in the previous 6 months before court. NEVER USE THIS WOMAN!
