Sam was genuinely caring & respectful in all ways in handling my case. We filed a chp13 that initially help me save my home & start again. I realized I had made the debts in good faith to pay back but due to the economic downturn, I was not able. Sam was very straight forward in what my options were concerning my situation. Being a widow I felt treated with the upmost respect & dignity.
