Wow! How lucky and smart enough was I to hire Jaimie as my attorney? Very, very much so! From our first consultation when she told me she was a fighter I knew I had the right counsel and hired her immediately. A very dark period in my life demanded the best and she was beyond that...can't say enough. I had many questions and she would always respond timely and honestly. In times like these, sometimes the answers were not what we wanted to hear but nonetheless the facts. Her expertise as a prosecutor and now defense attorney as well as knowledge of the system and people within speaks volumes. I didn't know how she often worked behind the scenes many times and the best day of my recent past was when she said ALL the charges had been dropped. Was the worst thing we done was hiring mrs.Washo for a DUI cost 3500.00 you should took money and just give it to anybody I mean anybody they could help you more then she did but got a real law firm at 5000.00 help and that they did but cost 8000.00 when I should of paid 5000.00 but for 3500.00 I got I'm sorry that's best I could do for your wife but real law firm got her off dui. In one of the hardest times ive ever faced Mrs. Spivey was my only hope. She pulled through in record time working very hard to clear my name! All charges were dropped and my nightmare was over. She was truly an angel in my darkest times. I recommend her to everyone reading this and will recommend her to everyone I come across who needs her!

Jaimie was excellent throughout my case and even for a good while after, getting everything done in a timely manner and always answering any questions i had. I have always held her in very high regards, until i recently applied for a new job that requires a background check, and come to find out she did not follow through with the sealing of my record as she promised to do. I double checked with the clerk of courts and it is very clearly still not sealed, nearly going on a year since it should have been done. Since i was made aware of this, she has not returned any of my inquiries, being calls or messages, and seems to be evasive as i have also attempted to reach her in office for many months but still cannot get ahold of her. I have given up and assumed she doesn’t want to help me any further. It saddens me that she did not follow through with her word and i’m no longer able to hold her in high regards.

I have retracted my last review of Miss Washo. I hired her to represent my son and I now believe she will do the best that she can do as our attorney. This has all been an emotional and financial strain on our family at no fault of Miss Washo. I understand that the system operates slowly and that a great attorney needs time to put a plan into effect, our family believes in Miss Washo, I trust her, my wife trusts her and my son trusts her. I believe she has our best interest at heart and will work hard to prove my son's innocense and will ultimitely prevail...I want to apologize to her for my last review...that was wrong of me...
