I like Dr. Moody but this last Friday, I scheduled an appointment on thursday, for my depo shot. I went in for my appointment and the receptionist immediately says "You're early!" Which I didn't know what she was talking about and then she goes, "No you're early for your shot you have a 2 week period when you can get it" "well can you ask the doctor, because that's not what she told me" "No she's on vacation" Well what the heck, You are not the doctor. You obviously do NOT know what you are talking about because I've been taking this shot for going on 3 years on and off and you can take it 2 weeks before or 2 weeks after your due date. So I go to school full time and cannot possibly take any more time off, so I'm forced to give myself the shot. Thanks so much receptionist for one, being extremely rude and for two, ruining my day and making me have to inject a shot myself when I clearly don't know how. I hope your happy that you got the wrong information and argued with me about it and didn't even ASK a proffessional and took it upon yourself to tell me information you clearly do NOT know!!! And anyone can look up the depo shot and it clearly states you can take it two weeks early. I will NOT BE going back! Sad that this receptionist thinks shes a know it all or doesn't need to treat patients with good customer service!! I wish Dr. Moody was there, she knows what she's talking about. Hope you feel good sitting behind a desk treating your customers with no respect.

I have been using this clinic for the past 14 years and everyone is awesome. Nurses and doctors truly care about your health. I love how Mary Gail Moody goes above and beyond to make sure she has taken care of everything before you walk out the room. Myself and my children go there and we have not had any problems. I definitely recommend this clinic!

I would not recommend this clinic. They seemed to have little experience w/ treating a baby w / a minor infection. They did not know how to properly check his ears nor were they willing to refill a Rx when respectfully requested. As I explained, we were from out of town and visiting for the holidays so we could not get in see his regular Dr. The place did not seem very sterile and there were ants in the waiting area. I understand Kenedy is a small town however, that should not be an excuse to not provide proper patient care and professionalism.
