Without question Attorney Branson and his staff are the absolute best. They were instrumental in saving our home and getting us a 2% mortgage! These are genuinely sincere, dedicated and extremely knowledgeable, friendly people. These folks really know what they're doing. In an industry where close to 75% of chapter 13 bankruptcies fail to complete their plans, I understand that Mr Branson's clients succeed 75%+ of the time. I strongly recommend this office for a bankruptcy case. They took us by the hand and explained every step in detail. I felt very comfortable and secure because they are very knowledgeable, honest and caring. After 5 yrs. together (Chapter 13), I felt like part of the Branson family.

After paying $2000 for a loan modification in full, one loan modification application was sent to mortgage company. The first package was denied and an appeal was never sent in by Branson Law. When I emailed them and requested the appeal be made, I got no answer from Branson Law. So I had to make the appeal myself. After completing and mailing a second mortgage modification request, Branson law requested $500 in addition to the $2000. Not only did they not comply in a timely effort to file the appeal, they also requested monies after the fact of completing a second modifaication package. Do your self a favor, choose a lawyer that is timely and up front on their fees. When someone charges you for work after they do it, question their ethics!
