When it came to my case the staff gave their 110%. Whenever i came to the office i never felt out of place because even the secretary would remember by name. During my case claims agent from the fault driver insurance decided to take a vacation(yes, you read that right) leaving me suspended in the claim. Beth from the firm quickly got into action and was able to get that insurance moving again.

For sure i would go back to this firm if i ever need them again. And would refer other to them. :D

I just wrapped up my car accident case with Tasha the paralegal who I worked with closely. This law firm fights for you and they got me more than what I was expecting, the money was worth it to have someone care so much about getting you compensation for any pain and suffering following an accident.

Professional, informative, patient, straightforward, timely and understanding. Highly recommended.

Unfortunately I have to agree with every negative review given to this firm. I too have had to wait months and months with not one thing done. To top that off they decided to fire not only the case manager I had been dealing with, but as well the attorney working on my case mid case! Supposedly for his incompetence and lack of truthful information given to me, but it doesn't seem like any of them are that competent to begin with. I never got updates without me calling first and even after pleading with me not to relive them of their legal duties, a month later & they're are still blaming everyone under the sun but themselves for their lack of professionalism. Let me assure you I was an actual client and I have absolutely no reason to lie about my experience because I truly wanted a better more productive outcome from this firm. Now I've got to start all over with another firm with better reviews. I wish I had done my research. 10 months later and they still could careless that they were supposed to have my best interest at hand. I am so incredibly disappointed in this firm as a whole but especially the owner because the reflection upon her is just horrible. DO YOUR RESEARCH!

UPDATE: My case has since been solved once I switched to Dan Newlin! Attorney Boulos was incredible at turning nothing into something & I couldn't be happier with the outcome! I still stand by my original review, do not be fooled. Whatever firm you choose to go with, let it be one with the experience and know how to properly handle whatever case you have. These things are never easy but the last thing you want is to end up with a firm that feels like it's working against you, not for you.
