Kristina is AMAZING although her staff is calice, unempathetic and to be blount straight rude. I was paying for my mother's will , PWR attorney Lady bird deed. I was told i could not enter during the process. Kristina was very cordial and i appreciated her explanation of the items. On 1/17 we came back to kane law for the signing after i paid the fees and we met with a heavy set older lady im assuming her assistant. who "allowed me in" to be explained what the will would say. It wasnt what my entire family agreed on although my mother just wanted to be done with it and sign away. I after paying 575 dollars was told by this incessantly rude individual that "Well its not your decision" more than once . She never offered to consult with her boss the amicable mrs kristina Just as if well guess your out of luck attitude.
I WILL NEVER spend a dime at Kane law again for the absolute travisty this woman is. I recently endured my fathers death and now being left with a feeling so disdainful that I dont even care if I'm left anything I'm just "done" with the process and the gutter this assistant put me thru. Super rough experience.
