Totally agree with the Missy Selective, they are totally unprofessional, and i would not recommend to anybody to go with them, if they have choice and would not do business with them again

Billy Davis was who we dealt with and what a pleasure it was. He was on top of our case and was always in contact with us. Every bump in the we came across Billy saved the day. Would recommend to anyone out there.

A total nightmare. Agree 100%

Worst real estate closing I had in 18 years of real estate!!! The closer was late starting our closing and never apologized for it. She didn't even presented herself to us as the closer nor didn't she told us her name until we asked. She didn't even ask which one was the client and even asked us what is the property that we are closing on. The closer, Yvette, was rude, condescending, no professionalism and treated us like we were a problem to her and she needed to get rid of us as quick as possible. She expected my client (buyer) to sign all the closing papers in 15 minutes. She even told my client that she is there only to tell her to: sign, sign, sign (her exact words). My client was mortified and didn't know why she was given that treatment since she was paying a closing fee ($595) and didn't do anything wrong. To make the situation worse, my client and her son had to go back after closing to pick up the keys for the house and they heard them screaming in their office and using very bad words. Appalling and I would never recommend to anyone to use them.

I would not recommend this company. They handled my earnest money for a property. When the inspection came back unsatisfactory & my agent filed paperwork to return the deposit, they claimed to not know where my money was. After providing a tracking number from my bank, they admitted to someone handling it improperly and "found" the money. They then told my agent and I they would mail the deposit out Wednesday. Being that we both are in Orlando, it should've been here by today (Friday). Called the office and was told that it should've gone out with the mail yesterday so I should get it in a couple of days. Dishonest and unorganized. I'd recommend if they are handling your earnest money and you are to receive a refund, go to their office to pick up your check. My money should be returned as quickly as it was received.
