Its been a greart experience. I wish I could of kept a few credit cards but they had to go. My widfe had here wages garnished and attorney Wellers office was able to reverse the garnishment and get our money back to us very quickly. Smooth sailing and I would reccomend attorney Weller to anybody for bankruptcy.

Everything went smoothly. The only issue I had was I wanted to keep one credit card. I found out right before I filed that I couldn't keep any credit cards during a bankruptcy. It would have been nice to keep at least one card for emergencies.

Unfortunately I found myself in a tough spot financially, and after doing some research I came across the office of Jay Weller Legal Group. I couldn't be happier with making that decision! Jay Weller group was very professional handling my chapter 13. I was in distress about to lose my home and 2 vehicles. After filing my chapter 13 my trustee payment was approx $500 lower than what my totals bills were and I was able to pay it off in 2 years instead of the 5-year trustee payment

Wow... Not cool. Not a good first impression at all.

It's embarrassing enough as it is that my wife and I had to look at hiring an attorney to work with us and our financial situation, but its another to get stood up by the attorney that you think you could trust in this.

We set up an appointment with an Anthony for an 11am in their Port Richey location a week prior to discuss possible bankruptcy... "Their specialty" according to their website, google ads and signs. Got there with 5 minutes to spare due to scheduling conflicts with our babysitter and the bad weather. Come to find out from conversation with another man there, he had been waiting at least 20-30 minutes longer than we had for Anthony to show up.

The other man called the attorney and all he got was, he was running late because of traffic and the storm, no ETA.

We waited easily for another 30 minutes and had to leave since my wife had already taken valuable time away from her job which directly hits us financially. The other man waiting also left.

I expected a phone call all day from Anthony to call and apologize or re-schedule, but nothing from anyone from the Jay Weller offices. Radio silence. Called the number that was provided to me the night before to confirm the appointment just to have it go straight to voicemail.

It has been over 24 hours since our "Scheduled Appointment" with this Anthony and firm and I still have not heard from anyone from Jay Weller.

Again, not a good first impression from someone you are hopefully planning to trust take care of you in court if it comes to that. Or if anything have the courtesy and decency to call you back to apologize. We are only human after all with lives that are just as important as yours, Anthony.

I do not recommend this firm or office at all. And hey... I have an idea. If you do not have the support to handle all the many offices around the Tampa area or care to meet clients in a timely manner, how about you close the offices that are too much of a "hardship" to manage.

When you are confirmed for an appointment at 10:30, you expect somebody in the legal business to be professional enough to meet with you at 10:30, give or take 5-10 minutes. Being seen at 11:45 is unacceptable!

On top of a blatant disregard for punctuality, this lawyer is not even qualified to handle the cases he is advertised to be proficient in.

Out of the 6 people I met in this mans office, none of them had a single positive thing to say about being his client.
