Great Firm. Great Service. Had a creditor harassing me for what I felt was unwarranted. Come to find out it was completely justified. Brian still got a nice settlement for me out of the deal when we had no cause.

Took $700 retainer and either didn't read my emails and get up to date on what I wanted, or didn't understand. Had to call them 10 days later and see what was up. Finally fired her. She was apparently not interested in doing business with me.

Just sold a townhouse in Zephyrhills without the use of a real estate agent and used North Tampa Law Group for the closing.

I have not always had the best luck dealing with attorneys ....but Brian made the experience great.  The staff was courteous and professional.   He was knowledgable of the subject matter and answered all our questions.  He was very reasonably priced and was also right on time for my appointment.  I am extremely pleased with the North Tampa Law Group.  They are my new go-to attorneys!

Brian was very prompt, always reachable , explained information, friendly and prompt. He assisted me with all of my estate planning documentation and I was very pleased with the entire experience.

I called January 6th to make an appointment for a name change for my sons. When I got there the receptionist said she had no appointment for me. Yet I have the call log showing I called. I'm seriously upset about this. I've waited for a long time to do this for my sons.

Laurel helped me take a bag of snakes and lay them out straight; something as simple as a name change should be made more complicated than needed by the county. Laurel was very understanding, professional, and experienced to helped me along the process like nobody else could.

After speaking with Brian about my wage garnishment case and bankruptcy, he gladdly to my $750 right up front. I would have to call him to try and get an update on my case. And when it was time for him to call me...he was to busy. He would have another attorney call me the knew nothing about the case. This happens several times. So when I had a question, the attorney couldn't give it to me right then. She now had to go back and ask Brian then someone would have to get back with me. I really hope I wasn't paying for that go between time! I told he I would like an attorney to go with me to my court date. Brian said he was busy with another case that day but he would send another attorney. Before the day of court brian said he didnt want to send an attorney and made up a lame excuse as to why. The day of my court hearing he again had someone else call me that was of no help. I never heard from him after my court date to see what my outcome was and to finish my case. Once he got my money up front he was to busy to talk to me. He pawned me off on someone else. There was another review someone else wrote about them coming in and not having someone to greet them. Happened to me as well. When u call, u may get a voice mail. What attorney doesn't have a Secretary. Go to show you how cheap they are. They got me money, don't let them get yours.

I felt that Laurel and Brian are both excellent listeners and truly cared about my divorce. They were very quick to respond and answer my phone calls and emails. They can recite case law from memory and are very knowledgable. I even recommended them to my co worker. Part of what makes them such a great firm is the side of their compassion and empathy. I had a better connection to them then I did the marriage counselor. Divorce might be the most stressful thing I have ever gone through knowing you can lose your house, your savings, all you have ever worked hard for your entire life, and even custody of your child. I felt very grateful for how much of that I was able to retain and even 50% custody of my child. I highly recommend this firm.

Had a 10 AM appt today. No employees in lobby, no chime on door, no bell in lobby. Waited half hour and walked out. Could hear people down the hall behind a closed door talking about their personal credit card theft and apparently to busy to see their appointments. Taking my business elsewhere.
