I wanted to share my experience with others. Mr. Conley was awesome !, Jesus, i should of hired him as my attorney since the start of my SSI case. He took the time to evaluate my case, and answered any questions that i may had. I would strongly recommend him to anyone else needing assistance with their case. Well Done !!! :)

The first time I pursued Disability, I thought I could do it myself, and failed. The second time, I used a huge, over advertised law firm, could never speak with an attorney, and failed. The third time, the only way I could move forward was to have a knowledgeable, proficient, professional attorney navigate the Disability process representing me. One that did not employ a secretary, law student, or paralegal, and who would do the work personally. One that would physically meet with me, review all of my documentation, and answer all of my questions. One that would not require payment unless Disability was obtained. I met with Brendan, we reviewed all of my documentation, and he answered all of my questions. He knew what was required to support an OTR, (On the Record) document, and how to present it. Using my documentation, he produced a professional, qualitative, and quantitative OTR. It was everything a law judge would need to review my case. In my case, Brendan suggested sending it to the law judge prior to requesting a court date. The judge ruled within two weeks and approved Disability. Brendan did an amazing job. I would highly recommend him to anyone pursuing Disability. I only wish that I had contacted him from the beginning!

I just wanted to leave this review to help a few others out with the weeding out process of attorneys that basically are a waste of time. My wife and I went thru 3 attorneys before finding Brendan. If you are reading this and are searching for the correct attorney and someone who is focused on doing their job to the best of their abilities while also not dragging you along, you have located the best-of-the-best in Brendan.

I noticed the difference in his courteous approach right from our initial contact. He listened to all of the details and did all of the footwork himself right from the start of my very first phone call to him. He actually picks up his phone and doesn't screen his clients with a million secretaries and barriers just to avoid doing work. Just because I received such a bad experience in being dragged along by unprofessional attorneys that carry themselves in a manner that they are above the almighty himself, I actually am taking the time out to give credit to those that deserve it and don't mind one bit in taking business away from other money hungry leeches that basically do nothing and are simply playing a numbers game, so this is the reason I can confidently write this with honesty and no remorse.

Brendan is not a flashy guy, he is simply the poster-guy of a top-notch attorney and the definition of the word professional in itself! Simply google some things regarding SSDI, which is what I initially did, and I immediately noticed how he actually took time out of his schedule and answered every single questions that people asked on some threads that I read. Keep in mind, he doesn't get paid to do that. This is how I knew I had found the right person to represent me! I advise anyone searching for an attorney for SSDI to save yourself a lot of footwork and headaches by simply hiring this guy! I highly recommend Brendan for all of the above reasons that I have mentioned above, and to add some icing to the cake, he also won my case at the hearing level on Jan 2018. If he cannot do it for you, I honestly believe that it just is not possible for you to receive SSDI benefits and be determined disabled. This has taken a lot for me physically to type this at this computer for this length of time, but Brendan helped me when others couldn't, so I'm paying-it-forward!

Hope this helps any readers and has given you a little insight in regards to trusting and knowing that he is the right guy for the job! Good luck and take care. Last but not least, I would like to end this by thanking you one more time if you are reading this post Brendan. Thank you!

I first filed for disability in May of 2015. I chose a firm that was very well advertised on or local TV channels as "For the People". When I contacted them I was asked some questions and they said I did qualify and they would take my case. From the very beginning I spoke to a Secretary each time I called. Never once ever spoke to an attorney. After months of submitting more test results and other items pertinent to my case I called and was told not to fax anything else because they had closed my file and my documents would be lost. Furious, as you can imagine, I then left a message on the secretaries voicemail to have the attorney call me. I never received a call back.
So in October 2016 I was given Mr Conley's number by referral. I met with him at his office, not a Secretary, and we had a lengthy discussion about my case. I knew right away that my case would be handled in a personal and professional manner. He was genuinely interested in my case and I wasn't rushed through like just another file of many. You may think that a large and well known law firm is the best way to go but don't expect the personal attention you deserve. My disability has now been approved thanks to the diligent efforts of Mr Conley. I highly recommend him to anyone who has to file for disability benefits.
Sincerely and most thankfully,
Velma Feyes
