I was taking his unresponsiveness personal but now I see that I'm not the only one with that issue...Mr. Thibault apparently takes your money and disappears...He is my bankruptcy attorney and seemed great at the beginning, then whenever I had a question or issue, he was nowhere to be found...I would call the office, send emails, leave messages, its ridiculous! And poor, Kelly, it literally was like she became my lawyer! I think Mr. Thibault should pick a lane, do you want to be a lawyer? Or a real estate guru? Because apparently its too much to be both! Its become so comical at this point that me and my sister laugh and joke whenever I say I'm gonna try to get in touch with him...Actually, its not funny! If you are overwhelmed with cases then cut back on your case load so your current clients don't have to suffer, period!

had a great visit with mr thibault today and my case is moving forwaerd i am very pleased and satisified with his service and would recommend him to anyone. thank you mr thibault and kelly for your proffesional practiceand making it just as personal to you as it is to your client

I used Jeffery Thibault in a bankruptcy case. Everything went fine for the first year into the case. Then the case was dismissed and we cannot get a response from the attorney why or what happened to all the money. Months of phone calls unanswered, and when I go to the practice his receptionist says she doesn't know anything and he's not available. We will now have to hire another attorney to recover thousands of dollars being held by Thibault. (Follow up) I posted this review on another site and he immediately called me saying he didn't understand the problem but did not have my file available and would get back to me. Now weeks later he is still avoiding calls and not responding to messages. Don't waste your time or money on this firm.

DO NOT USE THIS SO CALLED LAWYER. He took my money and I have yet to receive a refund on his so called services. Does not answer calls or emails and when you show up to his office he is too busy to schedule a meeting or even meet with you however he is quick to meet with you the first time and take your money.

He took my money and stopped answering my calls. We hired him to assist with my taxes and set me back a few months of wasting time with Jeff and the firm. We contacted the police and leaving reviews as it's been over 6 months without a returned email, call, or anything!

I had issues with receiving my tax return that had been going on for months. I called Jeff and he resolved the issue in a matter of days! I highly recommend Thibault law.

We paid $350 at the end of February for tax/IRS details and have not heard a word back despite multiple phone calls, voicemails and follow ups. Very frustrated!

I had some questions as in regards to bankruptcy and a garnishment for someone I knew and was great.. had a nice convo sent over invoice.

If I could give this place 0 rating I would . We gave Jeff $1000 retainer 5 months ago and we hear nothing back. No return phone calls or emails. Hes a crook

I’ve waited quite a long time to post but I wanted to ensure myself that everyone wasn’t the same. I started with Thibault Law about two years ago for the start of our bankruptcy. Things started off great and communication progressed as one would expect. His paralegal, secretary and confidant Kelly was fantastic but as the year progressed I felt sorry for her as her most common phrase to me was “I’m sorry”. Jeff wouldn’t respond ever. Heck, I even chased him down in his parking lot when he went to drop of some mail since I was sitting in his parking lot waiting to see if he was actually still in business. Needless to say we left Thibault Law after a considerable amount of time and “chances” for him to make solid on his commitment. We left his firm and went to Michael Ziegler Law and our case was filled in 60days. Just like that it was done. Something Thibault Law couldn’t do in a year and 8 months.

I’m sure Jeff Thibault is a solid guy and many use this review to bash and or help, just buyer beware. If Jeff has of been honest from the start and told us he just didn’t have enough resources to help us I would have respected that. It’s a bad business practice.

Be cautious if his workload!!!
