Cyrus handled a probate case for me and did a great job. Fast, experienced, inexpensive, and nice. Words that are typically associated with an attorney. Their office runs like a well oiled machine. Everyone has a specific job and they all know how to do their part well. I received periodic updates on the status of my case. The fees are split into two payments, and I was able to handle my entire side of the case without every leaving my home. This is the way that all legal matters should be handled. Mr. Malhotra is definitely ahead of the game. Hopefully I won't ever need to use a probate attorney again but if I do, I will be calling Cyrus to handle it.

Very happy with my experience. Cyrus handled a Summary Administration for me and Homestead. Was told by other lawyers I would need probate at 3x the cost. That wasn't the case thanks to Cyrus.
My only issue is I was told everything was in order in December and someone would be in touch with by the end of the week. No one called/ emailed. I waited til January, told the same. Called again in February and finally received the papers to sign and submit with the court. And yes, in 2 months its finally done! If I wasnt so broke and paying on a mortgage ( the Florida estate) I wouldn't have minded the wait from December- February. But I was panicking it would be foreclosed on before the order went through.
Hoping to use him for the sale of the house. Already have a buyer, already have an agreement. Hoping it will go fast! I can not afford another mortgage payment.
Will also be using him for my father's estate ( unclaimed money) I cant touch without an order. But I need to sell the house first. I recommend! Thank you Cyrus and Team!

Normally i dont write reviews but in this case i feel i need to. If i had read a review like what i am about to state i would have never bothered to call this firm. Not once not twice but 3 times i called. I found this firm on the web. After reading the page of info on what they do i called. This was early in the week around new years. Left a message with the secretary ask the attorney was unavailable that day. Waited two days no call back. Called again the Thursday before New Year's and was given a specific time by the secretary that the lawyer would call me back. No phone call back. Decided to give it one more try and called after the new year. The secretary told me I can't believe he hasn't called you back. And again setup a specific time to speak with the lawyer. Again no call back. Many places on this firm's webpage States how there for the people but yet you don't call a potential client back. I have been self-employed for the better part of 25 years. Even if I am not looking to take a new client on I still call back. The idea that I called several times was given specific times the attorney would call me and nothing. Doesn't give me hope that this firm would be good for anyone. I'm sure there are people out there that he has helped and are grateful. But what a horrible business practice that you don't call a potential client back as well as blatantly disregarding phone conversations. Why have the secretary specifically give time. That you would be calling and then nothing. In my opinion don't waste your time with this firm. He wasn't even curious as to what my case may be.

I highly recommend this law firm to anyone involved in an accident. I called Monday night, and Tuesday morning Cyrus met me at my house to talk about my case. He honestly cares about his clients, and makes sure they are getting the best medical treatment. He settled my case quickly and got me much more than Morgan and Morgan told me the case was worth. He does not stop until he gets what he wants! Great guy, great lawyer, and he's also a great family man.
